Welcome to Ralu.Graphics. By purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

• All artworks are original, hand-painted pieces created by Raluca Anton.
• At this time, I do not offer reproductions due to artistic and legal considerations.
• Each artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation. No two are ever the same.

2. Commissioned Work

• I accept commissions only if the subject aligns with my creative vision and existing style. Requests that do not resonate emotionally or artistically (e.g., family portraits, pets, or superheroes outside my themes) will not be accepted.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping is fulfilled via MaltaPost and typically takes 5–15 business days depending on location.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once the item is shipped.
• For orders exceeding €1000, shipping insurance is included.
• If a customer wishes to expedite delivery or insure a lower-value order, this can be arranged at their expense.

4. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final.
• I take great care in packaging each piece to prevent damage during shipping. However, I am not liable for any damage or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact me before purchase so I can arrange it through MaltaPost (additional charges apply).

5. Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

• All artworks are original, fan-made, and transformative in nature.
• I am not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any brands, studios, or rights holders referenced through visual inspiration.
